Our Process
At Oregon Outdoor Designs, every system starts with precision. We 3D-scan each vehicle to capture exact dimensions, model every component in CAD, and CNC-cut each panel for a flawless fit. From there, every system is hand-assembled, test-fitted, and finished in-house before being professionally packaged for freight. The result is a product that arrives ready to install — engineered with accuracy, built with intention, and delivered with the same care we put into every cut.

Greetings!
I’m Jordan, the founder of Oregon Outdoor Designs. I’m originally from North Bend, Washington. I found my love for off-roading when I got my first Jeep after high school and began combing the foothills and buttes above beautiful Cave Creek, Arizona. Growing up in a family of tradesmen, I was taught the values of craftsmanship at a very young age. This was helpful in my own career in the trades, first briefly as a framer, then metal fabricator, and finally as a Union Ironworker(shoutout local 482) but it became invaluable when I started Oregon Outdoor Designs.
About Us
Oregon Outdoor Designs is a small shop just south of Portland, dedicated to building practical, durable storage solutions for overlanders, campers, and outdoor enthusiasts. Every system is crafted with care using locally sourced materials and hardware, with an emphasis on real-world function and attention to detail.
We’re not here to chase trends or add unnecessary frills, just to design and build products that work the way they should, and to back them with personal, accessible service.
Behind the brand is Jordan, who brings decades
of experience in fabrication and construction to each project. That background shapes the straightforward approach we take today: quality craftsmanship, fair dealing, and gear designed for adventure, not social media.
